Paid a premium to get flowers delivered before 12pm the next day.
Flowers were delivered over 24 hours late. According to recipient, "looked like they were sitting in a box for a couple of days". She picked out the ones that would live and discarded the rest after one day. $70 wasted. Live and learn.
Very embarrassing - I need to take a bouquet next time just to show I didn't cheap out on the flowers.
Not sure what the company could do to win back my business. This was my first experience with them and a very bad one.
And, they don't even have telephone support. I sent a complaint to wecare. Bloomex.ca (see the irony?) on Thurs afternoon, and still have not heard back. Nobody to call. That sucks.
