Magic Jack, is not what they it is, it does not work, when I tried to call, for help, I would just get a recording, when I tried their Live Chat, 5 hours later, I only spent alot of time doing nothing on my computer.
MagicJack is a little piece of junk that you plug in a USB port, And like Magic you get unlimited free phone service for $39.95 down and $19.95 a year through your computer. Wrong!!! It Don't Work.
They said they would not take any money out of your credit card until after your 30 day free trial. But No... They took out $19.95 Twice from my card.
It took me a hour to try and get a return form (RMA), I finally got it and copied it and sent it with the piece back to it place for which it came from.
I wrote in the letter that went with it, that I was watching my Card account close for any refunds and or More debts.
So, Everyboby out there... Do not order the So Called "MagicJack" its a "Ripoff"
