This is a product that is worth what you pay. I guess for the $39.00 including your 1st years service it not a bad deal. But to use it as a replacement of you full time line, "FORGET IT" The jack I have has to be reset every other day wiothout fail, otherwise it sounds like your underwater. I am using the Majic Jack on a high speed cable connection at home and a high speed DSL in my office and they are both suffer from the same problem. I called customer service and they wanted me to go into my computers registery. The tech who is online only in of course India could not even tell me why she wanted me to go to the registry, she was just reading rom a script. Anyhow you get what you pay for with this product.
