The only reason why I'm dealing with this company it's because you have a contract with the apartment complex where I happen to move in, now it's going into 2 weeks and I still have no signal on my Master bedroom, customer service is bad they seem to get everything you said mixed up, and there is no way to get transfered to a supervisor because they're overseas.
Please do something to improve your service, I noticed that i'm not the only one with this kind of prblem there is a lot of people upset and nothing it's beng done
