They have been contacted repeatedly that they have not fulfilled the contract, but since December they have yet to provide the local channels or offer a reduction in price. In fact, they are charging over 30 dollars more than the agreement stated. They hang up on me when I contact them regarding the situation. I have offered not to press charges due to the problem, but nothing has been offered as restitution for the excessive charging!
