Publishers Clearing House
Overcharging, and, sending threats for not paying. 25 instances

For 12 months i have received 'threatning ' letters stating I have not paid a particular bill. More than 25 times... Bank of America has contacted PCH... (I have copy of itemized list). Proof I paid promptly, and in full., in each case; I mailed back to PCH an on-line printout of payment in Full... The last straw is below;

I have proof (on-line printout) pch order # xxxx. 7956-2542-tongs. Was paid in full 02/11.. Amt = $17.95. YET; pch submitted bill For Payment for this 'second order'???

(under a second order # xxxx9769-3646 =tongs. Is this the way they
do business? I would never order a 'second' set of tongs.

Second DUPLICATE order is dated 03/05. At age 86, to send the mdse back to PCH would cost me $ IN SHIPPING CHARGES. PCH MUST KNOW THIS; AS ' MOST' of us would rather not have to go to the expense of postage; etc to send back mdse. SO, I PAID $17.95 AGAIN.

I know i am being cheated, i am tired of having to explain to pch:

Why? What? Is wrong. They never answer. Thankfully, bank of america has always provided proof.
