MEC and its agent, Liberty Mutual, have arrogantly committed Workers' Compensation fraud in order to deny Workers' Compensation benefits to a longtime employee who suffered an industrial injury. This seems to be standard practice for Liberty Mutual, under the heading of "good business." To delay and deny until the injured worker either gives up or dies means more money for the corporation. It does not seem to matter whether actual worker fraud is actually suspected. Besides, MEC and Liberty Mutual can always work out a deal at the end to benefit their corporations. They can afford to wait for years, gathering interest on the money they save by delays and denials. It is criminal, in every sense of the word.
