I just cannot believe that Bill Dillon is still a Manager at Rent A Center.
There are so many reasons why he should be fired, and yet he is still working there. I'm surprised there hasn't been a lawsuit or that someone has not came in and shut the store down.
It is known by numerous customers as well as employees of his prescription drug habits.in fact, the customers who he favors are probably the ones he gets them from.
He's missed more days than anyone at any job could possibly miss. You can never catch him there if you need to discuss something with him and by then it's usually too late!!!
Everytime I have seen him when I make my payment, he's either in his office doing nothing or sleeping or he's in the back smoking. I'm pretty sure your not allowed to do either.
I just feel sorry for his employees. It seems like they work twice as hard because he does nothing. I've had to wait in line because there was only one person at the store. Even when I ask where he is, they say something to cover for him and that they are the only one there. That can't be right for anyone.
When is someone going to stop pampering him and do something about it. I guess he must have friends higher up in the company. I know alot of people who are getting tired of it and are going elsewhere with their business.
