These people lied on their rental application, had friends pose as their references and employers. They stopped paying rent after two months and never paid a deposit. They destroyed my house and left outstanding bills for the utilities. They had to be evicted and then accused me of being "discriminatory" and slandering them for posting the eviction notice on the window (the Sheriff actually posts the eviction notice, not the landlord, that's how stupid these people are). They also associate with criminals, as evidenced by letters from inmates that they left at the house, along with a ton of other trash and junk. Do not rent to these people.
