Dan and Natalie Burgess are worse than slum lords!
They commingle security deposits and steal. They take your rent then pretend you didn't pay and file illegal evictions and do not give you notice they have done ao, of course, then go to court all while you don't know that its even going on!
These people were paid rent in full then filed an illegal eviction against me, went to court and had a judge enter a judgment against me all WITHOUT me knowing because they are desperate for cash.
He's a cop and would show up at the rental proerty in his uniform almost daily to "check" on the property. Why does your landlord have to check on the rental unit daily or even weekly or monthly for that matter?
They call and ask if you can pay your ren early, in cash, because they are short on cash then when the 1st of the month rolls around will call you and say you never paid rent even though you paid early!
They advertise on craigslist (of course) for 9401 Steeltree St, Las Vegas NV
