Last year in June of 08 I purchased a new 250 cc Cruiser motor cycle For $2000.00 Cash! No financing! Model 250 Eagle from A&A Scooter located at 2533 Lane #505 in Dallas Texas. I had it shipped from there warehouse to Elko Nevada where I live. They told me that the bike had a 3 month warranty on the the bike it self and a 12 month waranty on the engine.
I was aware that I had to uncrate the bike and assemble it. When I got the bike there was little information on how to assemble the bike I am a marine and auto repair tech by trade and this bike really put my mechanical abilitys to the test. 70% of the assembly didnt have any manual to assemble it at all! You got 3 bags of nuts and bolts and you dump it all out and figure it out for you self.
There so call tech guys where clueless on how to assemble it. I got we have never done that! I finally got the bike together after a week it was really a bummer to say the least. I got it running and with 54 miles on it the engine started making a noise in the no 1 upper head the more I run it the more it got louder.
I called them and yes we will order the parts this was June 08. Here comes Sept no parts! Oct no parts! Well I kept calling yes the parts are on the way. This company owns the factory I might add. Out of desperation I asked if they had a engine I could just buy out right so I could get my bike together. They said they would have to strip it out of a bike out on the show room. So at my cost I had to cough up almost $700.00 and shipped out by truck from Texas to Nevada. The engine they sent me has the wrong wiring harness and to change it you have to bust the engine apart. So right back to square one.
Well Feb 09 rolls around and no parts I keep calling and there so called parts guy John started getting beligerant with me. I told him that I had to buy an engine because your company didnt stock the parts to repair my engine! He always replied HEY I DIDN'T TELL YOU TO BUY THAT ENGINE! He didnt give one rats ass what I was going through! I tried to contact the owner of the company and I kept telling the other workers that this John guy has repeatily lied to me. They kept rolling me over to this A hole John. They wouldn't even let me talk to the owner to get this resolved! Finally this John said you have been telling everyone that I have lied to you. I yes that is all you have done! Well he said I'll tell you what I'll do I'll send you the gaskets ripped up and then hung up on me!
I knew then and there I was never going to get any parts. A week later they sent me a envelope with some gaskets and nothing else. So I have almost a $3000.00 tied up in a bike with a second engine with the wrong wiring harness and still no parts and I will never get any parts. Nobody in the company has ever tried to contact me to resolve this issue. My engine is still under waranty. Not worth anything if the company is not going to honor it. My next step is to contact Texas Dept Of Transportation and get there Bond and license revoked! I am starting the process this week! Beware people this company will burn your butt! Don"t do any business with them! I am going to do everthing in my power to shut them down!
