Scam for my Money... After making several payments to Aurora ranging from 1600 -2796 Aurora sent me a congrat letter in their words exact congratulations our records show you have successfully maintained your current home retention payment arrangement we would like to offer you a more permanent workout option
In order to do so we, will need your most recent updated financial information.
I followed everything to the tee of what they were requiring, I even still made payments while they were doing the modification.
I recieved a letter from Aurora stating they had denied me the modification due to insufficient income when I called and spoke to the representive she told me I was shy of 300.00 dollars I informed her it was the same income from when they were increasing the payments from 1600 to 2796.informed payments would be increased to 2900 told to resubmit with more income.
We added my daughters income and i took on another job and low and behold we recieved another denial stating we were being denied because we could not afford our home, when speaking with the representative that wasvery rude I was informed to just walk away from my home because they were not going to assist me in keeping my home. Because the payments were now going to be 3200.
When I told the person the 3200 would not be a problem I would submit the paper work she became upset and told me it made no sense in what I was doing and they were not going to approve the modification to stop trying
I did every thing they asked and still got denied I can make my payments is there anyone else out there going through this with Aurora that are willing to fight for their house we need to stop this from happening we have worked to hard for what we have.
