I purchased 2 bar chairs from this company and was told that the product was awaiting shipment I agreed to wait and was told they would call me when they arrived and that it would take about 2 weeks for their trucks to deliver. I received a call from the store after a week and was told that my item had arrived and that I could come and pick it up. I arrived at the store and was told to park my car at the loading dock. The sales agent came out and told me they had made a mistake and that they would call me when the shipment arrived that next day. I never got the call 3 days later I called and was told that I would have to wait another 2 weeks and that they had no control over it. I then asked for a refund and was told that they would have to do the refund from a home computer. Did not sound right... I said okay then was told I had to wait 3 weeks for my refund. Shamboozled... I paid my item in full... Someone should seriously look into this company for the scam they are running... If people purchase and pay up front they should be able to refund up front. I would not buy from this store ever again and with the network i have i will recommend people not to buy there... You shouldn't sham people like that bad clientell... Its just bar stools how hard can it be... They shouldnt sell items that they dont have seriously...
