I signed up and gave my credit card information to receive a ebay CD for $3.00. After seeing a charge for $39.95 for Submit Solutions on my account I contacted them about the charge to have it removed. The representative informed me I must have clicked something to enable them to use my credit card information to 'build me a website.'I never had any intention of having a web site built for any reason, and if I were to do so I would make sure that I had some kind of interaction with the person/persons who were building my site. I had never heard of SUBMIT SOLUTIONS.
The representative informed me that since they provided a service that they would not refund the $39.95 charge but would cancel my bogus account-gee thanks.
It's outrageous to me that a company can actually get away with charging people for services that they never asked for by using my credit card information that was never approved by me for them to use. It is nothing short of robbery.By the way I'm not finished with Submit Solutions
