Of Gulf South Builders Lied

My son got a Modular Home from All American Homes and their builder Gulf South Builders. They set it on the foundation on July 29th. 2008 and it still is not finished. Wanda Clayton sent false laon agreemnt as if she was Sand Dollar Mortgage co. That dose not have a licence in Georgia. She said she would finish the house but it is all Lies. All American Homes have not been any help in soveing this problem.
