Wanda & Scott Clayton of Gulf South Builders told my son they would save him money and time on house. The modular was set on My son's lot on 7-29 and now it is March and the house still is not complete. Wanda clayton promised in writting it would be done and she would get perm financesing She used the name of Sand Dollar Mortgage that is no longer in Ga. And she used The name of Susan JOrdan as thoe it was her Name.
All American Homes has not lived up to Thir part and have not done anything to help, They only try to side track even thoe they advertise that they Complete their homes.
