Poor Customer Service - Hoover A Vacuum Bags-Customer Service

I contacted Arm & Hammer regarding damaged vacuum bags I purchased, had one initial response requesting additional information in early September and never heard another word. It would be nice to have my complaint acknowledged. Being disregarded leaves a very bad image of Arm & Hammer, a company that has been a household name all my life.
