I purchased an Arm & Hammer product that was damaged inside the package, no problem there is a "Guaranteed Performance" statement on the back of the package. Unfortunately, they never follow-up after an initial response. Their customer service responded promptly to my August email asking for additional information to which I replied. I have contacted them twice since that time and still not a word from Arm & Hammer. It would be nice to at least be acknowledged even if it never went beyond that.
