My husband bought me a hoover bagless canister cyclonic vacuum. He was tired of paying money for bag on the vacuum i had. This vacuum has good suction but the beater is to light for the brushes to any good in a decent pile rug. Plus the belt is constantly slipping off. The first time i opened it and saw the shaft i had to laugh. Its a mans design for sure. The shaft is too short so it takes very little to have the belt slip off. Nothing can be done at this stage, i'm stuck with it. I miss my, the best vacuum i have ever owned.
