On 10/09 I ordered a 32oz. Carbide tip stone hammer, paid $100.57 with mastercard. They say they ship that day, or next business day, as of 10/31, and several inquires from there e-mail site, and two phone calls (answering machine) i have heard nothing. I asked that my hammer be shipped, or a refund, still no answer!
