On Nov 18 there was a fire in my unit caused by the soldering of an exterior pipe. After the investigation, it has been confirmed the fire was caused by plumbing which was hired by Creative Management to perform the work. Since then, three units (including mine) had been without power for six weeks. My neighbors and I made numerous attempts to contact Creative Management Company but they were not willing to provide any help in resolving the issue. Property manager Jackie Wright (Creative Management) was continuously delayed and irresponsibly in providing details and helps to owners. No further information could be obtained from Creative Management Company regarding the repair of the fire damages and loses. After numerous hang-ups and non-response by Jackie Wright (Manager of Creative Management Company), we (owners of the affect properties) seek for the legal assistant on Dec 26. Since then, the repair has been progressed.
Jackie Wright; however, refused to take any responsibility. All the repair work is now solely based upon among owners, owners' attorney and the insurance of plumbing company.
