Non-delivery of goods purchased / no attempt to correct problem

My mother purchased National Geographic for Kids ($30) for my daughter on 6/6/08. I was apprehensive, but didn't want to embarrass my mother. Here is is 2009... No magazine.

I have made numerous calls to the voicemail answered cell phone number on the invoice/receipt (I even called for 30 min. Back to back thinking they would answer just to make the phone stop ringing) at various time of day, with no results. Calls are not returned.

Next step... Called the Virgina office of Consumer Affairs— (804) 786-2048 or online—to complain and I encourage all others to do the same. There is currently 9 other complaints filed. I figure if more complaints are filed maybe something will be done to stop this man.
