Consumer beware of Heritage Web Solutions. 356 complaints with the BBB and numerous complaints with Ripoff. All complaints are the same so the state of Utah needs to step and put this company out of business. They
take your money and do nothing for you. I have gone as far as filing a report with Consumer Protection and no results.
Purchased a site in Sept and my site is still not complete. Everytime you call no calls are ever returned, and the same goes for emails. Shame on me for not checking out this company. And they advertise that they
are the highest ranked company in Forbes 500... Someone needs to contact Forbes 500 and let them know this company is not doing them justice. I also heard that they have failed to renew their business license in Utah and that was a couple of weeks ago. They work out of a sweat shop. You're even getting reports filed from previous employees... Hello!!!
When is someone going to step in from the state and do something about this. Maybe all of the people that have been hurt need to all get together and notify the media... Maybe then we'll give some help or our money back.
