I just opened an "account" for this phone service on 2/11 and already we have had 10 calls dropped due to "3 way calling." I was also told the same thing regarding if the system "senses" this particular feature that it will disconnect your call. Since the phone service I have cannot remove that feature, (it is part of my package), I am screwed regarding my calls and my money. Plus, you can only place $50 on your account (if you are doing it over the phone or online.) But if you are mailing it in, then any amount is okay. Of course you want it on the account faster so you do it online or over the phone. The customer service? Rep informed me that she could not credit my account and that I had to go to their website and fill out a form, fax it back and then, if the call was over a minute, they will credit the money back to my account. You are not informed of this when you set the account up. Plus, instead of trying to resolve the problem all you get is these rehearsed apologies and nothing else. My husband and I are wasting money
By having to call back every 3-10 mins. Because the calls are disconnected.
We are already going through a rough time, and being able to talk to my husband means alot to us both, so we (really no one in this position) should have to go through this with the phones. Whatever can be, should be done to either change the policy of this company, ie. Being able to have our accounts credited, or for them to block the sensor on their phones so the normal calls can be made and completed.
