I read it ALL. I read the fine print, and ordered because it sounded great. I got the photoshop package and it was nice but not what I expected... Pretty wrapper... Many useless details. It was not for me.
I called on 2/12 to cancell. My card i found was still charged later that day. 189.95. MY TEN DAY PERIOD WAS TIL 2/16.
I CALLED THE DAY I GOT THE MATERIALS to verify the exact date that I had til to review the product. Chris and Zach (yep I called twice) stated the SAME DAY. I had til 2/16 to call.
So I called back the next day and aske... Whats the deal. I called and cancelled and then you charged me later that day. She said my trial was over. I said that it was not the 10 days and I gave her the names and customer ID's of the people I talked to that verified my timeline. She said they were wrong and said I would be refunded in TWO TO THREE MONTHS.
I NOW read online all the people they have done this to.
I read the fine print... I double checked dates... And I still got scammed. They breached their own rules and breached my trust as a customer and fradulently charged my card in advance. THAT is a scam... So ANNE who types generic rebuttals... Save your breath. The number you give is a voice mail and you never call back.
