I'm just another fool that got scammed by Video Professor
If you check this companies website it is very misleading.in bold it says its CD's Are free.
The way video professor and other semi-honest companies do their "fine print" is to place a checkbox (one of those little square boxes you click in) at the END of the ordering process, after they have your credit card number, and a hyperlink next to it saying something such as "I certify I have read How it Works". How it works is that they send you your free sample, and then As a service to you they automatically bill your credit card every month!
They are hoping you'll be in a big hurry and will check the box without reading the hyperlink, and this indeed does happen way too often.
Now any decent person or company would place this information in BOLD PRINT on the first page, before you waste any time, and not in a hyperlink, and we all know that. Period.
Better read the fine print, if you order this offer you will also be sent other offers at your cost. Write them and tell them if they send any more you will consider it a gift.
I will keep an update on their promise to return my money!
