Over billed

I was billed twice for the same order, and i know that is a common mistake but the problem is there is know way to contact them to tell them what they did they give you a phone number but it is all automated and there is no address or way to email them so i need some help my account number with them is 796495125885 and i was billed on the 10th of feb. For 10.79 twice and 72.64 twice, if there is any way you can get a contact number or address or anything that may help i would really appreciate it this has caused me to over draw my account and incur fees i cant afford anymore
