Evercom stated cost of calls were to be 4.95 plus 39 cents per minute but actual cost is 11.95 plus 1.00 or more per minute. Nothing in writing was sent to me when I asked them to.
When trying to access them on the internet, their websites are "not available". Complaints to them are ignored, mishandled, made incomplete, or whatever.
Now get this: The company made a tape recording of my sign up agreement where my requests for costs was made. What do you want to bet that tape gets "lost"?
