Charged me 49.50 on credit card for a CD never delivered and no one answers the phone

I ordered a CD from Best Grant for you, which I never received, then was charged 49.50 on my credit card that I used for the "1.95" shipping and handling charge. I was charged for that also. I did get it cancelled through my credit card company in case I am charged again, but I can not get in touch with these weasels. The customer service line just rings forever and no one answers.
