The grant assistant advertised free info on obtaining federal grants on the internet and all I would have to do is to pay the shipping ($1.95) to be charged to my credit card. I did so and was charged $1.95. The following month $29.95 was billed to my credit card! I tried to contact them on the internet to get my money returned, no answer or response.
The next month I was billed AGAIN for $29.95! I called my credit card company for information to remedy these charges and was given the following number to call; 702-505-4533. No one answers so I left three messages and still no response. I was billed $29.95 in nov. 2006 and on Dec 12. My only recourse I can think of is to close my account and contact the FTC. And file this complaint with The complaint
