Approx. 4 months ago I purchased a tanning booth from this company. When it arrived it was missing the base. It is now 4 months after the purchase and hours of phone calls later trying to get this resolved and still no base.
I get excuse after excuse, and am told every time I call Shane or Mike will call me back. I have NEVER received a return phone call. I am constantly calling them to only get the answer they will call me.
Now I am stuck with a $4,000.00 piece of equipment I cannot use. I cant even order a replacement part, because the model # & serial # have been removed from equipment.
Beware of doing business with these people!!
