Never sending purchased magazines after 120 days as promised. Never answering messages to phone number given

I believe this might be a rip-off for a company selling magazines door to door by associates saying they are raising money for schools. Magazines are to be delivered 120 days after order. I have received nothing, check has cleared and have not gotten response to any messages left to the phone number given.
