Worst internet experience I have EVER had! Kylie Went rips people off left and right! Just read all of the merchant reviews on the Yahoo Store site!

On January 23rd I ordered three items from lotiontown.com. I received my products two weeks later. One of the products was damaged and had leaked through the box. The shipping method was completely unsatisfactory for the contents ordered. I was told that since I did not buy "insurance" they were not liable for the product. Fine. Horrible customer service, but okay.

However, although I ordered three products only two products arrived. Apparently the third product is backordered.

According to their website: While we strive to ship all orders within 1 business day sometimes this is not possible due to back orders. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. If for some reason your order can not be shipped within 14 days your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be informed via email.

I was not informed via email within 14 days and I have requested the money be credited to my account. Technically my account should not have been charged for the backordered product (as stated in their policy). Essentially I have been charged for a product that was not sent within the allotted amount of time as stated by the merchant.

The merchant will not credit the money to my account and has been very hostile to work with.
