I ordered two tanning products that equaled out to $52.00, myself and a friend ordered together and purchased two bottles each which totaled out to $102.00 on March 14 and have since then been given the run anround each time we try to contact them. We have been given bogus UPS Tracking numbers and continue to be told to go to their "shipping and refund site"

shipping number 0103 8555 7494 9168 9149... And i am not very pleased with the way your company is handling our problem with our product not being shipped. Now you claim you shipped these items and have given us a shipping number that happens to be bogus as you very well know. You have taken our money (via debit card not credit card) and have kept the money without shipping the product. This is illegal, this is stealing and that is a crime.
A hundred and two dollars may not be much to you and you clearly do not care who you rip off but money is
money and we work hard for it and i do not appreciate some low life scammers coming along falsely advertising
products and then stealing my money..
The bank in which you have taken the $102.00 from has also been notified and they too will be doing their own
investigating. It would be in your best interest to resolve this matter properly and promptly. I suggest you handle either forward this to a supervisor or perhaps the owner may like to know what is going on as this is a serious matter and you did not just happen on a few idiots that are going to just sit here and allow this to go on. It would be best if you provide a phone number in which we may speak to someone in charge

You are obviously an idiot and you can not read. Here is a link to our shipping terms that you agreed to when you purchased from us. Shipping does not give tracking #'s until product ships. It normally takes the post office a few days to update their site.
