Credit card charged, no product received

6/28/07-Requested product, organization published cost to charge card same day.

7/16/07-Sent on delivery status.

7/19/07-Vendor sent "Bought Delivered." Vendor supplied no tracking #.

7/30/07-Sent vendor, no reaction.

8/1/07-Examined vendor's website, "Purchase 1978921 CAn't be monitored at the moment."

8/1/07-Phone vendor, Supervisor "EDWARD" mentioned purchase was mis-sent to incorrect client, who delivered purchase for them plus they didn't reship order to me. Supervisor "EDWARD" mentioned my charge card could be acknowledged NLT 8/7/07.

8/7/07-No credit published to my charge card, e-mailed vendor, no reaction.

8/10/07-Telephoned vendor, informed they mightnot post-credit to my charge card, explained to call-back in a few days.

8/10/07-Submitted criticism with my charge card company.

8/21/07-charge card company published credit to my bill.

8/24/07-Submitted problem with BBB.
