I make a complain already for this company, I have a bill for my water company just for one month for $765.00 in the month of November, I ask this Real State company to help me with 1/2 of the bill and they said they're not responsible for this bill even the house have the leaking sense I move over to this house, my leasing end in March 31th and I still have to pay this water bill, they repair the sprinkler system because was broke and leaking and I went yesterday to the Bexar Met my water company and they explain to Mr Francisco Adell the owner by phone it was because the leaking and still they don't care, beside they're going to keep my $1.800 of my deposit. I'm a single mother of 3 kids and I been paying on time all this months, except for this last month I pay late because the economic situation we're having right now and they told me I don't have to ;pay late fee because I always pay on time and they never had a problem with me before. Another question they have the right to keep $1.000 of my deposit just for cleaning fee, even if I will leave the house in a good conditions and clean? Any other repairs and damage after the $1.000, I have a friend he is a Real State owner and he say $1.000 is to much money for that plus the wife call me today and she was yelling of me really bad!
