TO: Consumer Fraud Unit
I placed and order for one of their publications a year ago - paid for it but it didn't provide any value and I wouldn't buy any more of their stuff!
3 months ago I received this years addition of their book w/o placing an order - UNSOLICITED! Followed a month later w / a bill for $36.92.
I sent back the bill telling them if they wanted their book back (which was unopened) they should send me the postage and to STOP sending me unordered items.
A month later (last week) I got another bill. There is no phone # on their invoices so I went to the internet and discovered they are a hot topic at usacomplaints.com with numerous similar complaints.
There I found an 800# [678-5835] which I called to tell them if they wanted the book - send the postage or it was going in the trash and DO NOT Bill me again!
The woman hung-up on me!
