Last year, I ordered Health Breakthroughs 2009 from Bottom Line Books. I paid my bill in full and timely and have made no further contact with the company. A few weeks ago, I received Health Breakthroughs unsolicited. Since I know that I did not order this book, I did not open it and simply returned it at the Post Office the next day. I received a bill in the mail on 12/21 for the book that I returned. The bill had no phone number for a customer service department. I had to go online to get a company phone number. There should be a way to stop this company from sending out unsolicited material.
