Last year I made the mistake of ordering a book from Bottom Line Books. This year I received another book which I did not order. They had the gall to say I ordered the book online when I did not have access to my computer (it had crashed). I will not pay and I sent them a letter telling them I would gladly send the book back to them if they would send me postage. Of course I did not get a response and will not pay.
While I have some concern about a collection agency contacting me about the unjust billing I am determined not to pay and if pressed I will take the matter to the Kansas Attorney General's Office. I refuse to be a victim of unfair and unethical business practices.
