I was the only walk in customer at arbys store #207 on 8/16. It was 10:36 in the morning. There was a car being helped at the drive thru. As i was getting my order taken, the mgr. At the window said to the driver, we don't have change. At this the car drove away.in a fairly loud voice she told the cook not to make the order for take out. The cook said it was too late.in the same fairly loud voice she told the cook to take the meat off the drive thru order and use it to make my large arby sandwich. I understand that all things are handled with gloves, but i was still a little amazed that she used so little discretion while handling the problem.
