The Arby's on 280 Bypass in Phenix City, AL is the worst at service. On Few. 12 my husband and I drove through to pick up some dinner after 8pm. Drove up, finally someone said "Just a minute" and 5 minutes later, (honest, we timed it on the car clock) and still no one took an order from us. THAT WAS IT!!! Left, and we saw 2 employees just chatting away at the drive through window. NO, it was not busy, we were the only ones at the Drive Thru!!! This is not the first time that we have had bad service there, but we do like Arbys, the drive thru's in Columbus, GA are better, but at least we get an order through and receive food. Keep thinking it might get better, wishful thinking.
