POOR Service INCORRECT Order - SuperReuben Missing

We entered Arby's store #7678 "Drive Thru" at 5:21PM on 12/13, (order #350 for $27.22) and ordered 3 Super Reuben Combos upsized, and requested that each combo please be placed in a separate bag. Ignoring this, Our order was stuffed in 1 bag AND MISSING A SUPER REUBEN SANDWICH! We drove 6 miles home, called the store to complain, and the MANAGER said, "well people make mistakes, it's not like that's ALL we have to do. If you wanna drive back we'll give you your sandwich." UNACCEPTABLE! Totally Unacceptable! If you have an uninspired, subpar performing team... LOOK at the unacceptable attitude of the team leader! To miss a "SUPER" sandwich in a combo...? VERY frustrated about this carelessness that ONLY costs ME more time, inconvenience, and gas. No problems for Arby's, they got exact change to the penny.
