My husband & I visited the Delphi, Indiana Arbys on Main Street.
I gave the man (who turned out to be the manager, Bob Lucas) my order. He repeated it to me correctly, but entered it in to the computer wrong. I paid for my order. He did not say thank you, and he put the cups on his end of the counter.
First of all, a lady should never have to reach across the table or counter, but he walked away, leaving me to "fetch" my cups.
When I discovered my order was wrong I took my sandwich back. The employee who helped me, but Mr. Lucas listened and gave me a dirty look, as if to say I didn't request a special order. Then, instead of rushing my sandwich, so that I could eat with my husband, Mr. Lucas took the order of the drive thru patron.
After I sat to eat my dinner, my husband and I watched as he berated the two employees behind the counter. (sorry, out of ear shot, but know full well it was totally unprofessional).
My husband states as long as Mr. Lucas is employed we will not go back.
