Sauna, less than a year old. The whole thermostat burned out. I tried to call company and sometimes I get through to voice mail. The company's website no longer exists. My warranty is not honored. I got a hold of the owner who happens to be a licensed real estate broker. He basically said to call back next week and no will not answer his phone. He bought a ship load of sauna kits and sold them broken to suckers like me. Help if you have any info.
