They sent my grandfather, an Elderly man a letter and a check for $4500.00 and told told him he won it in a sweepstake and Lottery Draw held June 1

They sent my grandfather (an Elderly man) a letter and a check for $4500.00 and told told him he won it in a sweepstake and Lottery Draw held June 1. I called the number to check it out and it is not a working number. I also called CITI Finanical services because it said they were a branch from them and they had no clue what I was talking about. This is a scam!!! There is no such group.
