Wow, won $450,000, just have to pay taxes and they even send me that

Received verification of winning a sweepstake and lottery draw that was held on 12/1. They were nice enough to send me a check for $4500 to pay taxes so they could release the winnings to me. They then proceeded to tell me to contact my claims agent but not to act on this notice until I spoke to my agent. The tax agent is in Nova Scotia.
