Do not use Cook's Heating and Air for anything. They are trained by Meade Ministries to charge you twice as much for everything they sell, ($12,000 for equipment valued at $5,000). They are "endtimers" and everyone knows that the "endtimers" are nothing but con artists.
Meade Ministries makes the "endtimers" donate 1/3 of all profit to the church and they call anyone who is not a member of the church "heathans". Cook's Heating and Air also change the label of the equipment they install from Goodman to Xenon. Jerry Cook (owner) presents himself as just a technician when in fact his job is to con you into buying a new a/c unit or heater when the problem would really only cost a few hundred dollars to fix.
They also prefer not to provide true warranty service by rigging the system when you should be getting a replacement part. They do not use any type equipment to help reduce refrigerant venting into the atmosphere. Yes this is illegal and a report has been filed. They also never pull inspection permits on any job that they perform and this places your family and loved ones in grave danger. Please do not let yourself be victimized by this shameful company.
