Cook's heating and air is the biggest group of crooks in the hvac business. They have been installing goodman equipment for years and changing the label to xenon, (which isn't even a brand) and doubling the price. The other day a friend of mine called me and said how they sold him a new system due to a bad compressor on the old one, they were to return later that day to install. I went out and checked the unit and the only problem was with a $10 capacitor that was bad keeping the compressor from coming on. These guys are nothing but trouble and will either rip you off for cash, or hit you with outragious interest for financing the unit. Please do not let yourself be victimized by these losers. Hopefully they'll straigten up now that meade is dead.
