Expired TV Converter Box Coupon Program

Good morning,

I received 2 TV Converter Coupons from the Government, I went to purchase the Boxes but there was only one left, I took it, they told me (at Wall Mart) to leave my phone they were going to call me when another shipment, I got too busy, they never called and I went to another store where they told me it was expired. My expired Coupon # 58-973902-1763 exp. 07/10, Can you help me to re-validate this coupon? Thank you in advance.
