I need you help please
I ordered in Ocotber and received the coupons well ahead of our planned trip in our RV in January. When I received the envelope with the coupons I never opened the envelope. When I took the coupons into Best Buy today December 22, I opened the envelope and gave the coupon to the Best Buy cashier and she told me that they had expired 11/27/08 and would not accept them.
I never knew or had been told that they had an expirstion date. The envelope you sent them in said nothing on the outside about "Time Sensitive Material" so I never opened the envelope. I need a coupon right away since the TV we have in our travel trailer to be used starting january 8 needs a converter box to operate in February.
Can I please send you back the unused two coupons (second one for battery operated TV in house when electricity goes out) with the 11/27/08 "valid thru date" and receive two new ones with valid expiration date? I don't feel I was advised properly that the couons had expiration dates. My number is #28358043
